Achieve meaningful and lasting change
Healing from trauma can feel overwhelming—especially when old wounds continue to shape your emotions, relationships, self-worth, and sense of identity. You may find yourself stuck in patterns that once helped you survive but now leave you feeling disconnected, reactive, or unsure of who you truly are. I strive to offer a compassionate, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin healing at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in the belief that your symptoms are not flaws, but adaptive responses to painful or overwhelming experiences. Together, we gently explore how past experiences may still be influencing your present-day thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors—and use that understanding to create meaningful, lasting change.
Using a blend of evidence-based and experiential approaches, including EMDR, IFS, CBT, and bottom-up nervous system regulation, I help clients process trauma, reduce emotional distress, strengthen adaptive skills, and reconnect with themselves beyond the trauma story that may have been defining their lives. A core part of our work is helping you rebuild self-trust, clarify your values, strengthen boundaries, and move through life with greater intention and choice.
I believe healing happens when insight is paired with action. As we work together, my hope is that you begin to experience deeper self-compassion, more secure and fulfilling relationships, and a stronger sense of alignment with your authentic self. Therapy is not just about symptom relief—it’s about creating lasting healing so you can feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to the life you truly want.
